What we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or submit a custom request, we collect your name, email address, and (if you create an account) country and state. If you request a commission, we also collect whatever details and reference photos you choose to share.

How we use it

• To process and fulfill your order or commission request
• To contact you about the status of your order
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits.

We also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, which pages people look at, and where visitors come from. This helps us improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies, we don't sell your data, and we don't use any of this to target ads at you.

Third parties we use

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Netlify, for hosting and account authentication
• Resend, for sending order-related emails
• Google Analytics, to understand overall site traffic and which pages are viewed
• Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised page interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) so we can see where the site is confusing to use. Text you type into forms and payment fields is masked and is not recorded.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics, for basic traffic counts (this one uses no cookies)

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us directly.
