Every piece on this site is made by hand. Glass and wood are natural materials worked by hand, so no two come out the same and a photograph can only ever be close.
Every piece is crated by hand before it goes anywhere. Write to glassinaction@gmail.com and I'll tell you what shipping a particular piece involves, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Nothing is sold through this site at the moment, so there is nothing to return. If a piece reaches you damaged, write to glassinaction@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
All photos, designs, and written content on this site are the property of Glass In Action / Igal Kaptsan and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
