Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or submit a custom request, we collect your name, email address, and (if you create an account) country and state. If you request a commission, we also collect whatever details and reference photos you choose to share.

Payment information

We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

How we use it

• To process and fulfill your order or commission request
• To contact you about the status of your order
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Account data

If you create an account, your login is managed by Netlify Identity, a third-party authentication service. Your password is never visible to us, it's handled entirely by that service.

Cookies and local storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Third parties we use

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Netlify, for hosting and account authentication
• Resend, for sending order-related emails

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us directly.
