Every piece sold through this site is handmade. Because glass and wood are natural, hand-worked materials, small variations in color, texture, and finish between what's shown in photos and the piece you receive are normal and expected, not a defect.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. For custom commissions, a deposit may be required to begin work, which is non-refundable once the commission has started, this is disclosed again at the time a deposit is requested.
Custom orders are reviewed individually. A price and estimated timeline are provided before any deposit is requested. Timelines are estimates and can shift based on studio availability and material sourcing.
