Every piece is handmade to order or shipped from existing inventory. Lead time varies by piece and is noted on the product page or communicated directly for custom commissions.
For Available pieces, shipping is calculated separately from the piece's price, based on its actual size and your delivery address, and shown as a selectable cost at checkout, before you pay. For custom commissions, shipping is confirmed as part of your final quote, once your piece's actual packed size is known.
We ship within the United States, and internationally as well. At checkout, you'll see real shipping options for your region, choose the one that fits. If you have questions about shipping to your specific country, contact us directly and we'll confirm before you order.
Glass and wood pieces are fragile. Each is carefully packed with protective materials suited to its size and shape. If a piece arrives damaged and your unboxing video (see below) confirms it, you're covered for the full amount you paid, the piece and its shipping. Once the claim is resolved, you can choose a full refund or credit toward a new piece.
Every available piece is one of a kind, hand-built, never repeated. Once a piece sells, it's gone for good, not restocked or rebuilt. Each one is signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
The only thing that matters for the damage guarantee is starting a continuous video before you open the box, whether it looks fine or damaged from the outside, and keeping it running until the piece is shown intact. Everything below is a recommended sequence to make that easy, not a requirement.
For a custom commission, the price you see while configuring your piece covers the artwork itself. Shipping is confirmed as part of the final quote I follow up with, once I know your piece's actual build and packed size, never a surprise added after you've paid a deposit.
